"Dr. Debi Silber has the ability to blend knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and compassion to help women create the body, lifestyle and life they crave."
— Jack Canfield, Author of Chicken Soup for the Soul

When we trust someone, we believe we can be vulnerable, we’re loved, protected, valued and safe. We believe that the other person has the same values, beliefs and level of integrity that we have. We believe that they’re honoring the same agreement, sharing the same priorities, and living by the same rules. We believe those we’ve given our trust to would never do anything to violate that sacred contract… until they do. This is the powerful and painful process of betrayal.

Enter Dr. Debi Silber and The PBT™ Institute (Post Betrayal Transformation).

"Maybe you're feeling anxious or angry or sad or exhausted and maybe your experience with betrayal has made it challenging to move forward. Betrayal can blindside us and have us questioning everything we thought was real and true."
– Dr. Debi Silber

Dr. Debi has spent years studying the effects of and solutions for the trauma created by intense and personal betrayal. Her research has lead her to understand that betrayal can blindside us, leaving us to question everything we’ve grown to believe in, and it can leave a devastatingly painful impact on our body and mind.

Her research found that:

  • 75% of those betrayed find it hard to move forward
  • 80% of them are hesitant to trust again
  • 64% prevent themselves from forming deep relationships because they are fearful of being vulnerable and hurt
  • 82% truly want to move forward but don’t know how

Most significantly of all, perhaps, was her discovery that the suffering can be greatly curtailed and that by taking an informed and proactive approach to healing from betrayal, women can return to healthful life of vitality and trust far sooner than they thought possible.

Through The PBT™ Institute Dr. Debi shares concrete, predictable, and proven steps to heal physically, mentally and emotionally from the pain of betrayal from a family member, partner, friend or coworker/boss. She helps her clients get beyond the various physical and mental symptoms in order to unpack the root causes and put them on track to heal emotionally and spiritually as well as physically and mentally.

Dr. Debi Silber, founder of The PBT Institute, is a Transformational Psychologist and a health, mindset, and personal development expert. She's an award-winning speaker, coach and author of the Amazon #1 Bestselling book: The Unshakable Woman: 4 Steps to Rebuilding Your Body, Mind and Life After a Life Crisis, The Unshakable Woman-The Workbook (the companion guide to the book) as well as 2 books recommended by Brian Tracy, Marshall Goldsmith and Jack Canfield. Debi has contributed to FOX, CBS, The Dr. Oz show, TEDx, The Huffington Post, Shape, Self, Health, Working Mother, Forbes, Psychology Today, WebMD, Ladies Home Journal, Woman's World and Glamour, amongst others. Her doctoral study led to two discoveries around how women experience and heal from betrayal. Based on her findings, along with 27 years of health, mindset and lifestyle coaching, she's created a proven approach to help women heal (physically, mentally and emotionally) from a life crisis, specializing in betrayal.

"The shock of being blindsided and completely caught off guard can dismantle everything we believed in. This sends the body and mind into a state of panic and physical, mental and emotional symptoms begin!"
